Grandad’s Prayer
As we gather around so sad
Bless Oh Lord our dear Grandad
Accept him into your domain
So he may rest and feel no pain
Protect and guide him through the years
Comfort him and dry his tears
So he may feel your warm embrace
And know he's in your heavenly place
Give him courage strength and love
Grant him wisdom up above
To know that he is dearly missed
By all of those that he has kissed
Grant him solace by your side
Let him know the love and pride
Surrounding him each night and day
Take care of Grandad, Lord we pray
